[PLUG] PHP Helpdesk (was Re: Support Requests Tracking Software?)

I looked at PHP Helpdesk, but I had a few concerns. First is that it is
still at version 0.6.16 and it has been since August 2001, and I
see no evidence it is any longer actively maintained. Second was that
some parts of the demo didn't work correctly (In particular when I
clicked on an incident I got an error about invalid characters - I don't 
think it is something that is major, but heck if the demo don't
work). That said, I've heard from a few people that they liked it. Is
anyone currently using it that can let me know if it is worth me trying.
