Bit of both - mentioning how it provides authentication, but not identity verification; some on general uses (email signing; source code verification and privacy; etc); a bit on howto use; perhaps a mention of differences in interoperability between versions, or the fact that it's cross-platform. It's only supposed to be a short 5-10 minute talk. :-) If it ever gets to a full presentation, then add in more on concepts. Altho you'd be much better suited for that style talk than I would.
