I don't know if they took it away or not, but from the FAQ page they have
comparing how great (at least according to Verizon) Verizon DSL is versus
cable, it seems that you can get the limited dial-up, but you have to pay
extra.

I didn't even think about trying to use a wireless NIC as an access
point. Not sure why that didn't cross my mind, but it didn't.
