Normal "home" DSL is ADSL (Asymmetric DSL) 784K down/ 128K up or 1.5M down/ 128K up or similar). 784K down/ 784K up is SDSL (Symmetric DSL). SDSL is usually sold as "business" DSL. It lets the phone company get more money.
