Just to clarify a couple of things...

* Like many companies, most of the incompetence is concentrated higher 
up the ladder than the grunts.
* Red Hat has been out of Durham for a couple of years now; they're in 
Raleigh now, on NCSU campus to be more precise.  Same state, different 
counties/cities.  They gave up a cool address (2600 Meridian Pkwy) to 
get there.
