The technicality around this that I might be tempted to try (if I had such problems) would be to also mount a placebo satellite dish on the mast. The homeowners assoc. can't do anything about those but whine.


Now if you've got the mast up already for the dish, they can hardly complain about an omni on there, too, could they?
