I'll have to look at the photos. But my roof communicates with those closer to the corner, and I know the owners of the buildings as far west as Renato Pizza. I think you could go further still up to the pharmacy in one shot with an omni, no problem. And from the pharmacy to the train station platform would likely not need an additional AP. I'm pretty shocked by that. Pleasantly, of course.
Also, if the emergency services start making use of this at all, there would be positive political ramifications to hosting a repeater. Swarthmore College *owns* the top floor of that building... Have any contacts that could facilitate getting nodes up at Parrish or One-Oh-One? Probably... unless Micheal's got in the way. (I can get to the train track cover, but maybe not the building itself.)
