I use everydns (www.everydns.net) for dns services for some of my
domains.  It works well, has a web interface, etc.  Only complaint is,
they claim they will give you upgraded access if you donate $20+ to them
(upgraded access being, unlimited domains, ability to alter ttl, etc); I
paypaled them $20, and never got the upgraded access, despite emails to
the admins asking what was up.
