Hey all, Last night Jeff talked about X migration, and we were wondering if other applications supported it. It looks like the GTK ones, at least, are about to make it a little easier. This is an Intent to Package, so this package will go into Debian unstable some time soon, with any luck. Package: wnpp Version: unavailable; reported 2003-07-03 Severity: wishlist * Package name : libdm Version : 0.25 Upstream Author : Philip Blundell <philb@gnu.org> * URL : http://gpe.handhelds.org/ * License : GPL Description : display migration support for GTK libdm provides support for moving running GTK applications between different X displays. X properties are used to advertise that windows are capable of migration, and to request windows to migrate to a specified display. -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | Stephen Gran | "How to make a million dollars: First, | | steve@lobefin.net | get a million dollars." -- Steve Martin | | http://www.lobefin.net/~steve | | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attachment:
