[PLUG] What keyserver to use?

Hi all,

I just generated a gpg key following the directions on the PLUG site.  In the 
GPG Keysigning HOWTO, the last step says to send my key to a keyserver using 
the command: gpg --keyserver <keyserver> --send-key <Your_Key_ID> 

My question is, if my key id is my email address, what information should I be 
putting in the <keyserver> field?
