That is sad.  A stand-alone PC compared to a "connected" PC is like a 
single book compared to a library.  There might be some free, limited 
use dial-ups.  It should be possible to get an unlimited connection for 
$10 to $15 per month.  That might be a lot, but if the PC is 
free...whose knows?
