I recently had to replace my main box with another. I tar'd my /home and moved it to the new box. When I try to access a https site I get the following error: An error occured while loading https://somesecuresite.com: Could not connect to host somesecuresite.com The certificate is self signed so I should also get a message about the cert, but I don't. I removed the ~/.kde directory, but still same problems. Mozilla connects fine from the same box. There are no errors in /var/log/messages on the client or the server. There are also no errors on the server in any of the httpd logs. I am using Konq 3.1-13 on Redhat 9.0. TIA, Jon -- Trooper Jon S. Nelson, Linux Certified Admin., CCNA Pa.
