[PLUG] A hello and a programming question.

Hello, I just moved to philly from utah, I develop perl web robots for a
company in trenton.
I have been using perl alot lately and I am in the market for a good
IDE. Up until now I have been using emacs quite contently. Something
that is regex aware would be nice. Actually any suggestions at all would
be nice.
