After that got squashed for copyright reasons, other entities occurred. Xemacs used to "ship" with: /usr/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/lisp/net-utils/webster.el don't know if it still does or not, haven't installed a new version of Xemacs for several years now. T.T.F.N.
