"benjr", I'd hate to be the one to throw cold water on your expectations, but they are not in line with reality.

1 - Sparc5\85, 64mb RAM, 1gb hard drive, 20in Sun monitor with 2 remotes

2 - HP C110, 120MHZ PA-Risc, 128mb RAM, 2gb hard drive, 19in HP monitor

HP 9000 Visualize C110, 128Mb RAM, one 2.5GB wide SCSI hard drive. $74.99

Monitors are often available cheap or free. 19 inchers might go for as much as $25 in a 13W3. I've never ever paid for one and I've given away (literally) dozens (though I'm down to maybe 4 or 5 of them right now).

Buying monitors locally is wise for many reasons, the cost of shipping not being the least among them. Just try not to charge 1997 prices for RISC hardware in 2003.
