Star Office has the Adabas database, more clip art, more templates & autopilots, and a much better dictionary and thesaurus. Yes, you also get a book and CD with all supported platforms.

Don't have v. 7, but was using a boxed edition of 5.2. Can't comment on the clip art as I don't use it, The templates and autopilots were very good, and possibly worth the price -- especially if you want to develop your own and want some good examples. Most of the (British) press touts the much improved dictionary and thesaurus which are commercial and can't be distributed with the OO license. The same press reports indicate that you can download the Adabas database product free also (a "personal" version)
