Sounds like sweeps week from wpvi's perspective, but in addition to 
reporting, they got the Bucks DA involved, and they also brought in some 
yahoo from Drexel who said that the list of newsgroups is static, so the 
ISP had to know what was available.  They ought to arrest him too 
(impersonating an expert) :-P
