Um.. The list of newsgroups IS mostly static. It's not like hundreds of newsgroups get newgroup'd each day.. I see about 5 - 10 new groups pop up each week.


I've got no idea when the groups in question were newgroup'd, but it probably wasn't like it was done on one day and VoiceNet was raided the next day. Law enforcement just isn't THAT agile with regard to stuff like this...

So for the DA's purposes, the list of groups could be regarded as primarily static in nature..
