Appears to have already been written:

    [root@ellesmere /lib/security]# apt-cache show libpam-sfs
    Package: libpam-sfs
    [..]
    Description: Pluggable Authentication Module allowing SFS mounting of home directories
     This module allows user home directories to be SFS mounted from remote SFS
     servers.
