Of course. One of the very best (IMO) is Bricolage:

which is probably one of the few open-source CM systems that has a
chance of taking on the big, commercial offerings.
Other good sources of information:

http://www.cmsreview.com/
None of the above are particularly up to date, and the latter one is
a little skimpy on the details of the open source variants, but they
should at least help generate a decent sized list for further googling.

No, this is not a good site for comparing various CMSs, as their "listing criteria"
is a bit too restrictive:
