[PLUG] Typo3

Does anyone have any experience with Typo3? Or knowledge of how well it 
works in practice?

Typo3 (www.typo3.com) is an open source content management system.  A 
friend asked if it was a good tool to work with.  She is interested in 
using it in support of a website.

And are there any other open source content management systems out 
there?
