Re: [PLUG] "top-quoting"

I will continue to top reply as it is my style and the method I am the
most comfortable with. If Gabe doesn't like it he is free to filter all
future messages from myself into a folder so that his time isn't wasted
by reading an "inferior" reply.

Last I checked this was a free country and the list didn't have a rule
about quoting methods. The only reason for Gabe's (rather harsh) reply
is to:

A) Waste my bandwidth in turn for I wasting his (the whole KB).
B) Discourage new people from joining in discussion on the PLUG mailing
list.
C) Start an utterly useless flame war.

I don't see a benefit to either three.

As a courtesy to others I will cut off non-relevant portions of the
message below the top quote. Answers to ordered lists will be responded
to in-line with a note at the top of the message signifying this.

Does this seem reasonable Gabe or should I re-work my policy to better
suit your e-mail reading needs?

Good day,
Matt
