[PLUG] VoIP

Does anyone here have experience with VoIP as offered at 
http://www.bestbuy.com/vonage ?  How well does it work?  It is worth the 
cost?  ($30 for the hardware, $30/month for service)

BTW, how is VoIP pronounced?  I think it should be read Vo-IP, as in 
voh-eye-pea.  Another person says it's pronounced Voip, like void.
