I use Vonage and it is ok. Sometimes their customer website is down, sometimes if my DHCP server gets rebooted it won't get it's IP again until I reboot the modem (I have it setup as a host, not bridge). For the most part it works and is definitely nice to have. I just call it "Voice over IP", *shrug*.
