Amazingly, "gyouza" was not taken!  \(^o^)/

(The spelling "gyouza" is the true transliteration of my current e-mail 
address.  Gyouza is Japanese crescent-shaped pan-fried dumplings stuffed 
with minced pork and vegetables.  Gmail insisted on six characters, so 
now I am a dumpling.  Now I'm wondering if I really need a Gmail 
account.  Hmm.)
