1.  How much current are you wired for?
2.  Any single circuit exceeding the 20 or 30 amps at the fuse (fusestat)?
3.  Don't get the item from PECO.  They deny that their power is uneven
enough to cause problems with sensitive electronics gear then try to sell
you their whole house UPS.  Try Fox Electric or whatever the local 
incarnation is.
There was a year that there were four blackouts north of Girard while the
lights burned bright south of Girard.  It felt as though they were willing
to compromise my power so that the ritzier people in Center City could
enjoy unbroken service.
