[PLUG] Order on the Bus

OK, I have a CD-RW as a master and a CD-ROM as a slave on the secondary 
EIDE controller.  I believe this is supposed to be the best order.  
Question is, since the CD writer is in PIO mode and the regular CD-ROM 
drive is in Ultra DMA Mode0, should I actually make the slower CD writer 
the slave?
