Agreed, I was also confused by the "208V with perpendicular prongs".  Only
20A 120V in my experience:

The 208/230V plugs we use are all twist-lock (though it doesn't follow that
all twist lock are 208, nor that all 208 are twist lock) NEMA L6-30 or
L6-20's.

What I see on Dell's doc site is a C19 / C20 plug type, I believe that *is*
208V.  I, however, don't have any C19/C20 cables (though I *do* have a UPS
with the correct outlet).
