DCA will do primary AND secondary for both your DNS and MX requirements.
Just email help@dca.net once you are live and they will take care of it. All
you have to do is tell your registrar to point to DCA's nameservers after
the tech-help folks set you up. You don't need to (and shouldn't!) do your
own DNS and MX over your DSL... it is not reliable enough to meet the
generally accepted uptime requirements for DNS service.
