I should know this because I work for them but I don't.  I can tell you that 
they are working on installing it right now. As a matter of fact, they are 
hiring Full time temp employees to aid in laying the stuff out. (I'd be 
happy to submit a referral to anyone here interested in a full time 
temporary position in West Chester and other areas, Just need a Name and 
email address just send your info to jsladek@comcast.net) as far as details 
I haven't heard any or I did and I just ignored them.  I'll only being 
interested when I hear it is available in my area.  Then it is so long 
Comcast.  I will try to get some details and drop them on the list (Provided 
it's not confidential).
