If it's not in FC2:

Get 1.2.1 from scientific linux's website (in errata section), for example.

	<...>/scientific/303/SRPMS/vendor/errata/vsftpd-1.2.1-3.src.rpm

Depending on what FC2 has for gcc, you may have to rpmbuild -bp <specfile>
and then manually run make && make install inside the BUILD subdirectory.
