[PLUG] Comcast FTP with SSL/TLS

Using FileZilla, I have the choice of "FTP over SSL (explicit encryption)" or "FTP over TLS (explicit encryption)". What's the difference?

I found that when using encryption I must also use passive mode or the directory listing fails.

The options "FTP over SSL/TLS (implicit encryption)" and "STFP using SSH2" do not work.

In case anyone is interested, the server is at "upload.comcast.net".
