[PLUG] Palm OS to use Linux 2.6 kernel

The word on the [Palm] list is that the next version of the Palm OS will
abandon its proprietary kernel in favor of the Linux 2.6 kernel.  The UI
of the current Palm OS or the Cobalt OS (designed for phones) will
remain as the operating environment.  No useful URL yet.
