I've been trying to figure this one out for a few days, and searches have thus far been unavailing. I have a Canon i560 USB printer attached to a Windows 2000 system, which is sharing the printer via usual SMB methods. When I attempt to print to it from a Gentoo Linux system, only the first page of the print job will be printed. The job then sticks in the queue, and has to be manually removed on the Windows system. The Gentoo system is using CUPS 1.1.23 and gimp-print 4.2.7. The queue is configured to use the Canon BJ-7000 driver, (per suggestions on the linuxprinting.org site). Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, pls ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
