OK, I see now that I can get what I usually refer to as "naked" DSL for
$35 per month with a commitment.

The $15 plan isn't an option, even if I use the Web form to walk through
setting up a wired phone.  Maybe I would have to have the wired phone
first, before I can request the $15 plan?
