Why not use direct ip for printing to printers that are connected directly to the network. Use IPP for server connected/spooled printers.

Or... An easier solution is to allow the visitors to use a visor login. They would have to connect to a share using the 'map a network drive' dialogue first and 'connect as' the visitors username and password.
