I have been using Ubuntu since "warty" and I like it very much. I am using "hoary" now, having used apt rather than a CD to upgrade. I downloaded the "breezy" live CD to see if it was "ready" to be upgraded now, or whether to wait for more bug fixes. The "breezy" CD boots on some computers and not on others. It isn't a bios setting as the computer refusing to boot the CD boots Knoppix and DSL fine. If you are trying to install "breezy", I recommend that you try "hoary" before giving up or dangerously mucking about. -- _______________________________________ Art Alexion Arthur S.
