That's not surprising from my recent learning in this topic. It has
to do with the inodes. An inode can point to 12 blocks. If there are
more than 12 blocks to a file the inode points to blocks that point
to blocks... that point to blocks... that point to blocks. [1]

I'm curious to hear from Art what the results of his fishing
expedition were.
