You didn't offer $120k. It's only one box, after all.
Doesn't sendmail have a message size limit by default? Hrm, it's unset in
RHEL. Are you obtaining debug logs from sendmail / postfix? Can you isolate
where the delay occurs? Can they send something to themselves without delay?
Is there anything besides a standard MTA in the path, e.g. virus or spam
scanners?
