I don't think so:

    Current directory is /home/jeff/...
    /usr/bin/env: invalid option -- c
    Try `/usr/bin/env --help' for more information.

    Debugger exited abnormally with code 1

Looking at the man page for env, it's not clear to me that it should
work.
