I am going to guess that you tried to install enigmail via apt-get. If you do, you won't be able to use the firefox extension manager as this package breaks it. I ran into this a while back when I tried to update enigmail using the extension manager and broke things. I filed a bug report and the upshot was to disable the extension manager rather than to make the enigmail deb package compatible. To fix all of this, I removed the package and installed the enigmail xpi for my system. Now I can update enigmail with the extension manager without breaking it. -- _____________________________________________________________ Art Alexion PGP fingerprint: 52A4 B10C AA73 096F A661 92D2 3B65 8EAC ACC5 BA7A Keyserver: hkp://subkeys.pgp.net The attachment - signature.asc - is my electronic signature; no need for alarm.
