Come auwn.  There is Discovery channel, History Channel, Spanish 
channels that I can't understand but the girls are cute, Cartoon 
Network, etc..  Also, cable Internet access plus basic cable is a better 
deal than just Internet access, price-wise.  Paying for TV beyond basic 
cable is debatable, although some of the channels I mentioned might 
require it.  I'm just glad we haven't gone digital yet.

Watching regular TV can be like gathering for dinner at the table.  
Having multiple TVs and on-demand is more like everyone eating anytime, 
anywhere.  And I hear that, in a family that eats together at the table, 
the kid or kids are less likely to do drugs.  heh  Maybe it extends to 
other family activities.
