    Window - March 21st, 2007

Dear DCANet Customer,

This email is to alert you to network maintenance required for
compliance with the FCC's May 3, 2006 Second Report, Memorandum
Opinion and Order extending CALEA regulatory requirements to all
facilities based Internet service providers and interconnected VoIP
providers.  DCANet engineers will be performing software updates on
DCANet's core routing and aggregration platforms.

The maintenance window will begin at 10:00pm EDT, Wednesday March
21st, 2007 and will end at 12:00am EDT, Thursday March 22nd,
2007. During this maintenance window DCANet customers may experience a
brief disruption in network connectivity.

As a valued customer, DCANet is committed to keeping you informed and
we look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent service.
