I couldn't agree more. I'm sure that if such a group were to be founded, private individuals wouldn't be the only members. Something like this carries a large business impact as well. If someone is up to the challenge of setting up a group/org, then put me down as the first member.

We don't have overlords. :-) We have a fairly anarchic organization, operated largely by general consensus and volunteers who step up to facilitate activity when needed. It's a system which I think, perhaps
surprisingly, has served us very well over the years. If you'd like to try to organize a meeting related to network neutrality, please feel free. However, PLUG really isn't setup in a way such that we can make
political statements that represent the entire group. If that's what your goal is, perhaps those interests would best be served by creating a group of Philadelphia computer professionals and enthusiasts specifically
focused on network neutrality.
