[PLUG] bandwidth calcuations

I'm considering moving some servers to a co-location facilities and most charge based on bandwidth usage. I'd like to use my existing pipe a a barometer to figure what my maximum usage could be (assuming I maxed my line 24x7). Can anyone help me with a formula for calculating bandwidth usage like this?
