It does. Firefox based. And Opera available as a download.

It DOES run Linux already. You can even download their flavor, Sugar OS 
if you want to run it and try it out locally.

I always wondered how they chose green. You'd think that you'd want 
something neutral as different colors have different connotations in 
other cultures.
