I'm running version 21.4a+1-5.1. Aha! GNU Emacs 22.1.1 It suffices to run emacs21. But I wonder why those packages dropped out. Ah, google "emacs22 iso-acc" is helpful, and leads me to C-h n (NEWS) in emacs, where I'm told to use a LATIN input method. Even better. The news file doesn't explain rsz-mini, but changelog says its obsolete, and the functionality seems to be available by default.
