Too true.

In all seriousness, I agree with Jeff in all the above respects.  I only deal
with one particular enterprise manager who has been excellent with service,
and with understanding our needs and listening to us.  Dell is not perfect,
but he does work hard to help fix what is broken when necessary (meaning
procedures, knowledge, etc. not necessarily hardware).
