You might also took a quick look in the changelog - there were no
updates to the package because there were no uploads to the volatile
archive until I did one myself :)

But, just to be clear, we're not using spamassassin at SMTP time at CCIL
just yet.  After a discussion with several CCIL people, we decided to
adopt a wait and see approach, and people haven't asked for it yet, so
we haven't done it.  It's there for users who know about it and know how
how to scan their email, but it's not a default.
