I've been trying to get rid of the windows box on my desk at work, and have recently set up qemu on my debian amd64. I only need office for outlook and occasional testing of webapps on ie. Runs well so far, got the kqemu-kernel stuff going, and I think outlook is even faster (though I'm giving the vm more ram than the original box had).
